"The Church" 1124 63rd St, Oakland

Sparker RED acquired 1124 63rd St, Oakland, a historic property built in 1885, formerly home to St. Paul's Primitive Baptist Church, was chartered in 1965 and led by Black pastors.

Currently in the design phase, this project will be lovingly restored and converted into 2-3 luxury condominiums, to be offered as affordable market-rate housing.
